President & Executive Director

A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tiffany Chamandy ensures that the foundation’s work amplifies underrepresented voices and promotes equitable access to resources. Whether collaborating with grassroots organizations or supporting innovative programs, she remain dedicated to making the world a better, more inclusive place.

With a background in science, Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in astrophysics from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in solar physics from the University of Oslo.

Kate Brayley

Operations Manager

Kate holds an MA in Art History and brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, innovation, and care to everything she does. With a strong eye for detail and a clear sense of the bigger picture, she’s known for being both procedural and deeply relational. Kate is proactive, grounded, and always ready to lighten the mood—she believes that a good sense of humor goes hand in hand with meaningful collaboration. For her, relationships aren’t just important—they’re essential to doing thoughtful, impactful work.

Chris Lau

Grants and Learning Manager

Chris Lau is a dedicated and caring professional with 30 years of experience in health and social services, focusing on organizational development, governance, program management, administration, public relations, human resource management, evaluation and communications. With a social work background, Chris has worked primarily within the non-profit sector with multiple community organizations and grass-roots initiatives in Montreal and Toronto. He values authenticity, collaboration, relationship-building, equity, inclusion and empowerment.

Christine Vallières

Grants and Communication Manager

Christine Vallières has an academic background in Communication Sciences and International Cooperation. With 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has specialized in communications and philanthropic development, gaining in-depth field knowledge.
Passionate about human connections, she values partnerships and the collective impact that can be achieved together. Her positive energy, attentive listening, and enthusiasm for meeting new people make her a valuable ally in building meaningful and sustainable initiatives.
