2025 Call for Proposals

We are pleased to announce that the Call for Proposals is now open. Please fill the application form below.

The online application form will be available here from January 20, 8 a.m. (Eastern Time) until January 29, midnight.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹.

* Please note that we use the calendar year as our fiscal year. Therefore, we cannot issue two payments to the same organization within the same calendar year.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

In order to be considered for a grant application, your organization must meet the following criteria :

Benefit children and/or youth ages 0 to 35 years old
Have a clearly defined organizational mission and grant application purpose
Have a demonstrated ability to serve children and youth from underpriviledged communities
Possess financial transparency, with the requirement of sharing financial reports
Be based in Canada. (*We are not currently funding organizations based and working exclusively within Ontario and British Columbia, with the exception of organizations by and for Indigenous populations whose traditional lands fall within the colonial borders of these two provinces.)
Must be an established organization for 2 years

Application Process

Please read each step of our application process carefully

Step One
You are invited to fill in the online form (available during the Call for Proposals period) to tell us about your organization and the project you wish to be funded.

Step Two
Once you have submitted your application form, a member of our team will contact you. We will let you know if we believe your organization or project is a good fit with our mission, or if you have not been selected to move to the next stage. In the event of a positive response, our team will then undergo a due diligence process that can take up to four months. A meeting will be scheduled in person or virtually.

Step Three
If you proceed to the next step, you will be invited to create a profile in our online portal (Grant Resources) and submit a formal grant application.

Step Four
Grant applications are formally assessed by our grant management team before being brought to our board of directors for approval. Once this process is completed, you will receive an email indicating the outcome of our selection process as well as a formal letter from our team.
