How To Apply – Chamandy Foundation

Benefit children and/or youth ages 0 to 25 years old
Have a clearly defined organizational mission and grant application purpose
Have a demonstrated ability to serve children and youth from underpriviledged communities
Possess financial transparency, with the requirement of sharing financial reports
Be based in Canada
Must be an established organization for 2 years

Please read each step of our application process carefully

Step One
If the Chamandy Foundation has not contacted you directly, you are required to send us a 1 to 2 page letter of intent (LOI) about the project or organization to be funded

Step Two
Once you have submitted a LOI, a member of our team will contact you. We will let you know if we believe your organization or project aligns with our mission and invite you to apply to our grants program, or inform you that you should not proceed with an application.

Step Three
Create a profile in our online portal (Grant Resources) and submit a formal grant application.

Step Four
Once a donation is received, it will undergo a due diligence process which can take up to four months. If our analysts have any questions, you will be contacted via our online platform or by telephone.

Step Five
Grant applications are formally assessed by our research team before being brought to our board of directors for approval. Once this process is completed, you will receive an email indicating the outcome of our selection process as well as a formal letter from our team.
